2. Eligibility and Participation Criteria

2.1. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to individuals aged between five (5) years to eighteen (18) years as of the date of participation.
• Participants under the age of eighteen (18) years must obtain express parental/guardian consent before participating.
• The Contest is strictly limited to residents of India.
• Employees, agents, and representatives of Britannia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2.2. Contest Duration

• The Contest shall commence on 10th April 2025 and conclude on 30th June 2025 ("Contest Period").
• Britannia reserves the exclusive right to alter, extend, or terminate the Contest at its sole discretion without prior notice

2.3. Method of Participation

1. Purchase a specially marked promotional pack of Britannia Milk Bikis.
2. Scan the QR code present on the pack to access the Contest microsite.
3. Enter and validate their mobile number via a One-Time Password (OTP) authentication mechanism.
4. Provide the following mandatory details: 
   • Full Name of the Child Participant
   • Full Name of the Parent/Guardian 
   • Age of the Participant
5. Commence the game by completing Level 1.
6. Upon successful completion of Level 1, the participant may proceed to Level 2.
7. Participants shall have a maximum of three (3) attempts to improve their scores at Level 2.

3. Scoring and Selection Mechanism

• The number of attempts taken to complete each level.
• The use of hints (fewer hints shall yield higher scores).
• The total time taken to complete the game.

4. Prizes and Redemption

4.1. Prize Categories

• Participants completing Level 1 shall be eligible to receive cashback in the form of Amazon Pay or PhonePe vouchers. This is limited to the first 5 lac participants.

• Participants successfully clearing Level 2 shall be entitled to an AI-driven chess learning subscription from CircleChess.com, valued at INR 999/-.

• One (1) winning participant shall receive a trip for two (2) persons (child and one accompanying parent/guardian) to a European country to witness Chess World Champion, Gukesh, participate in an official tournament.
• The grand prize shall include: 
  • Round-trip airfare from Mumbai (economy class)
  • 2 nights, 3 days accommodation in a 3-star hotel (one standard double room)
  • Airport transfers in the destination country
  • 1 session pass for the chess tournament
• This prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• If a winner is unable to undertake travel for any reason, the prize shall be forfeited and no alternative reward shall be provided.
• Any expenses not explicitly included in the prize package (e.g., visa procurement, personal expenses, travel insurance, local transportation) shall be solely borne by the winner
• Visa procurement is the responsibility of the winner and their parent/guardian. In the event where the winner or the parent/guardian travelling with them is not able to procure the visa, the prize will be considered forfeit.
• The travel dates will depend on Gukesh’s participation in the tournaments and will be notified two months prior to the travel date. The period in which the actual travel will take place is called the travel period. The travel period will be between August 2025 to Dec 2026.
• In an unlikely event in which Gukesh is unable to participate in a tournament in a European country during the travel period, the winner of this prize will be given travel vouchers of a value equivalent to Rs. 2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lac) which can be redeemed up to 1 year from the date of issue.
• In case of an unforeseen event in which Gukesh is unable to participate in a tournament for which tickets have been already booked and travel has been arranged, the winner will still get the Europe trip and a chance to see the tournament. But, in this case, the winner will not get to see Gukesh play.

• The grand prize winner shall have an opportunity to play chess with Gukesh in a special 10-minute chess session.
• The grand prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The chess session will be organized at a date and place as per Gukesh’s convenience. The date and place will be communicated to the winner 15 days prior. The session will take place in India.
• In case the winner is from a different city to where the chess session with Gukesh is organized, the winner and one (1) parent/guardian will get return air tickets to the closest airport to their hometown to the city where the chess session is organized.
• In an unlikely event in which Gukesh cancels the session after communicating the date, Britannia will attempt to reschedule the chess session up to one (1) time. In the unlikely event in which the company does not get an alternate date from Gukesh, the winner will be eligible for a travel voucher worth Rs. 2,50,000 (Rupees Two Lac fifty thousand) which can be redeemed up to 1 year from the date of issue.

5. Redemption of Cashback Rewards

5.1. Amazon Pay Gift Card Redemption Process

1. Visit www.amazon.in/addgiftcard.
2. Enter the provided gift card code and click "Add to your balance".
3. 3.The balance shall be updated instantly.

5.2. PhonePe Gift Card Redemption Process

1. 1.Open the PhonePe app.
2. 2.Navigate to My Profile > All Payment Methods > PhonePe Gift Card > Claim Now.
3. 3.Enter the gift card number and PIN to add the balance to the PhonePe account.

6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING CASHBACK REDEMPTIONS

6.1. Amazon Pay Terms & Conditions

• Gift Cards may only be redeemed towards purchases of eligible products on Amazon.in and affiliated merchants.
• Gift Cards expire one (1) year from the date of issuance.
• Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards shall not be the responsibility of Britannia, Amazon, or Pine Labs.

6.2. PhonePe Terms & Conditions

• The Gift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• PhonePe reserves the right to modify or terminate the Gift Card program without prior notice.

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1. Fair Play and Anti-Fraud Measures

• Each phone number is eligible for one (1) entry only.
• Any attempt to manipulate the game mechanics, including the use of automated software or fraudulent means, shall result in immediate disqualification.

7.2. Disqualification and Liability

• Britannia reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the Contest rules.
• Britannia shall not be responsible for external factors such as visa rejections, flight cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances preventing winners from claiming their prizes.

7.3. Data Privacy and Marketing Consent

• By participating in the Contest, participants expressly agree that their personal information (including mobile number) may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Britannia.
• Britannia shall not share participant data with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

7.4. Modifications and Termination

• Britannia reserves the absolute right to modify, extend, or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Any changes to the Contest terms shall be binding upon all participants.
